ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED BY OUR FINANCE DEPARTMENT.  PARENTS CANNOT MAKE A PAYMENT IN THE SYSTEM.  PLEASE LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD OR BANK DRAFT INFORMATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT TO  COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.   SEE BELOW FOR CHECK INFO.

PAYMENT OPTIONS 

 

1. Monthly Installments: Credit Card or bank draft information must be placed on file (click on Door to the Arts Parent Portal Login above).  Installment charges will be processed the first week of each month starting in September.  At the time of registration, your account will be charged a yearly one-time $30 set-up fee plus any costume deposit, supply fee or additional fees (if any). These charges will complete the registration process.  

 

 2. Semi-annually: First payment due upon registration and 2nd payment due January. Credit card or bank draft information must be placed on file (click on DTTA Parent Portal Login above). Our finance department will adjust the tuition fee and apply the payment.  Account will be charged ½ the tuition plus any costume deposit, supply fee or additional fees (if any).  This will complete the registration process. 

 

3. Annually:  Full tuition paid upon registration.  Our Finance department will adjust the tuition fee and apply the payment. Account will be charged tuition plus any costume deposit, supply fee or additional fees (if any). This will complete the registration process.

 

Credit cards accepted: MasterCard, Visa, Discover. 

Paying by Check? Please make checks payable to "Door to the Arts." Checks may be left  in a sealed envelope labeled "Door to the Arts" at the school office.  (Subject to $35 processing fee for NSF checks and credit card declines.) Checks accepted only for semi-annual or full year payment.  Monthly payments must use the automated withdrawal system.

NO CASH PAYMENTS

Registration is not complete until credit card/bank draft information is updated in your account or a check is received by Door to the Arts. Classes are not secured until registration is complete.

NON-REFUNDABLE: All monthly set-up fees, costume,  supply fees and performance fees are non-refundable. 

LATE FEE: $15 late fee for tuition received 30 days after due date.

WITHDRAWAL:  Partial refunds on a case by case basis.   Written request via email must sent to our account manager. 

REFUNDS / DEPOSIT RETURNS:  Please submit written request to our Finance Director.  Allow 2 weeks to process any refunds.

UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED, REGISTRATIONS ARE FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR (FALL SESSION/SEPTEMBER-JANUARY) & (SPRING SESSION/FEBRUARY - MAY).  

HOLIDAYS: Tuition is already adjusted to reflect the following holiday weeks: Thanksgiving (1 week), Christmas break (2 weeks), and Easter break (2 weeks).

 ALLERGIES:  If a student has a severe medical allergy that requires him/her to carry an Epi-pen, please contact Vivian Escribano at vescribano@doortothearts.org  to make arrangements. 

COSTUMES/PERFORMANCE: $40 costume deposit is due upon registration. Additional costume costs (if any) will be invoiced in the spring session. $40 performance fee is due upon registration.

UNIFORM: For information about Door to the Arts uniform requirements, please click on the Programs page (Dance, Music, Visual Arts, etc.) found in the blue box next to the slide show.  

DISMISSAL: Students not picked up within 10 minutes of dismissal will be taken to aftercare. School aftercare charges may apply.  If there is no aftercare available at your school, parents will be charged $5 per 5 minutes that a Door to the Arts teacher has to wait for the child to be picked up. Chronic late pick up may be grounds for removal from our program.  Please remember that our teachers are professionals and have other teaching commitments immediately following our Door to the Arts classes. 

MAKE-UP CLASSES: No make-ups or refunds for missed classes.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM: Parents must submit an email notice of withdrawal.  Refunds on a case by case basis.   Please allow 2 weeks to process any refunds.
